For Switzerland: transport costs are included in the purchase price.
For France for a trip up to 300 km: 300 euro. For more than 300 km on request.

Warranties

The installation of the products by the customer himself or by another authorized installer is based on product lines, please refer to price lists, but you will not receive all of our after-sales service.
The installation by ACEM is required on part of the proposed products that guarantee you a high quality installation to avoid any inconvenience when using your product Mexda, and if necessary speed troubleshooting with parts specific quality products.

We offer a 3-year warranty on all our products are installed by ACEM and 2 years if the product is installed by the customer or another installer.

We guarantee parts 2 years (only for France).

We cover the air pumps, water pumps over a period of 3 years.

We guarantee the systems control panel and electronics of our machines for a period of 1 year.

We guarantee systems saunas and steam for a period of 2 years.

We guarantee for SPA: the tank for 5 years, 3 years pumps and electronic systems for 1 year.

Service à la carte :
Forfait à l’année ou de manière ponctuelle, nos techniciens spécialisés peuvent s’occuper de tout l’entretien de vos installations.
Plus besoin de vous occuper de la qualité de votre eau (représentant Tecnoacque) de l’achat de vos produits, du nettoyage, des filtres.
Nous offrons aux acheteurs de SPA-piscine le forfait d’entretien avec une visite une fois par an.
Une offre adaptée peut être envisagée en fonction de vos besoins.
